Multimodal Music Research Lab

The Multimodal Music Research Lab studies music information retrieval, automatic music transcription, optical music recognition, and their fusion into multimodal musical score retrieval systems. We also explore music theory, musicology, digital music libraries, natural language processing, and expert systems for music understanding.

  • Prof. Ju presented at the 70th KMES International Academic Conference.
  • 1 paper accepted for ACMMM 2026 (Oral presentation). It is now available on arXiv.
  • One paper was accepted to ICASSP 2026.
  • Prof. Ju presented "Multimedia Music Transcription and its Applications" at the 2025 National Conference on Speech, Hearing and Music Acoustics.
